To Run a little or to Run a lot!

Emerging data suggest that extreme cardiovascular training (e.g. ironman triathlons and ultramarathons) may lead toatrial and ventricular arrhythmias and may be associated with coronary artery calcification.
Although these findings are still debatable, we can confidently say that “regular” running is likely of great benefit; extreme running may not be for everyone!
